Rise and Soar
The woman who wrote this shall remain anonymous (but, not to God.) She is courageous, full of faith in God, capable and, really is a Mighty Warrior in Christ. She is not anonymous to me, either, as she has blessed me by allowing me to minister healing through Jesus to her soul.
She lives Somewhere...but could be from Anywhere.
As she is emerging from years of spousal abuse the Lord is welling up inside her and what she has written here is a fountain of His grace, flowing though her soul from her human spirit where the Holy Spirit of God lives in her.
I think it is beautiful and I am very proud of her.

Manipulation, Isolation...Covert Abuser
You thought you would keep me down,
But you were MISTAKEN... for I will Rise and Soar
Stronger, Wiser, A Mighty Warrior wearing a courageous crown.

You thought you would win this “Unfair” game, But Look Around you were once again MISTAKEN... for I will Rise and Soar Healthier, Determined, A Mighty Warrior whose victory is mine to claim.

You thought you could destroy my inner peace, But you didn’t know who I AM deep inside... for I will Rise and Soar Powerful, Passionate, A Mighty Warrior whose perseverance will not cease.

You thought you could break my heart and soul, But LITTLE did you know the Lord was carrying me... for I will Rise and Soar Fearless, Brave, A Mighty Warrior who is setting new and wondrous goals.

You thought I was a threat who needed to be eliminated, But once again you were MISTAKEN... for I will Rise and Soar Talented, Kind, A Mighty Warrior who has chosen not to fight, but to be the ONE God created.
